We have inspected this item and the lid opens/closes. It has keys and the locking mechanism appears to be functioning properly. There are some dents around the box as well as some cosmetic scuffs and scratches. There is also some permanent marker writing on the box and some slight paint chipping. Please refer to the photos for more information.
