We have inspected this item and we do not have the capability to fully test it. This unit needs to be hardwired and should be installed by a professional. The motor shaft spins when turned by hand. There are some cosmetic scuffs and scratches around the entire unit as well as some paint chipping. It also has accumulated some dust/debris during storage. Please refer to the photos for more information.
