We have inspected this item and we do not have the capability to fully test it. This unit needs to be hardwired and should be installed by a professional. The fan spins when turned by hand. It appears the item was not assembled correctly. There are some dents around the unit as well as some cosmetic scuffs and scratches. Please refer to the photos for more information.
