We have inspected this item and we do not have the capability to assemble/install the unit to fully test it. It appears to be missing some hardware that holds the legs to the housing. The legs are slightly bent/dented. There are also some cosmetic scuffs and scratches around the entire unit. Please refer to the photos for more information.
