It is blue in color and it is made of carbon steel.
We have inspected this item and we do not have the capability to install the unit to fully test it. It appears to be missing a bolt/hardware. There are also some cosmetic scuffs and scratches around the front/back of the unit. Please refer to the photos for more information.
