This is a Coxreels hand crank hose reel. Please refer to the technical specifications in the listing for more information.
We have inspected this item and the reel spins with some resistance due to dents. We do not have the capability to test the unit any further. There are some dents/bends along the edge of the reel that are causing the lock to not go through the hole. There are some cosmetic scuffs and scratches around the reel/base as well. Please refer to the photos for more information.
This unit does not include a hose. Made in USA.
